Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-3 business days. How do I keep my bars from melting when they ship?](/content/pages/faqs#faq-12/index.html) We make our bars with real ingredients, including chocolate. REAL chocolate is temperature sensitive and will melt without climate-controlled shipping. In the hotter months of summer, we use temperature-sensitive, expedited cool shipping (usually 2 day). Please keep an eye on the delivery date to prevent the package from sitting outside in the sun for an extended period! #### Exchanges & Returns [Can I exchange or return my product?](/content/pages/faqs#faq-14/index.html) We stand by our products 100%. If your experience isn't perfect, we want to make it right.
